Dr. Sher is the best optometrist I have ever seen. She is personable, kind, and informative. Brookside Optical has wonderful people who work there. Every one is polite, kind, and patient.

Dr. Hsu is very knowledgeable and recommended new eye glasses and to continue wearing sunglasses to protect our eyes. Front office staff very friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of eye glasses to fit my small frame difficulty and my husband Mike's large frame glasses. They were very helpful finding the right pair. Very patient and helpful. I've been going there since 2000. Definitely recommend.

I've been going here for years. Very friendly staff, professional doctors and clean offices. Wish they had a wider selection of glasses that fit my gargantuan head, but that's more of a me problem.

Yes, I rated a 5 this time because you were able to get me in such short notice. I have a gap in my insurance coverage for one month and that would have created a big problem for me, but your office went above and beyond and helped me by getting me in; Ashley in your front desk was helpful and did what she could to get me in. Also, Dr. Hsu is awesome. She takes her time, walks you through all your questions, and helped me understand what her plan was for my eyes. I've worked so many different doctors and they have all been incredible. Dr. Scheer took the time to call me on her day off and walked me through my concerns and health questions. Both Dr. Hsu and Dr. Scheer are fantastic and I'm grateful to have found optometric doctors I can trust.

brookside optometric, which I have used for years, has always been professional, very timely in their appointments, they work with the insurances, etc., etc.. over the last many years I have seen four different optometrist, all are very professional and take the time necessary… In addition, the staff that provides some of the other testing functions, or always kind and respectful.
